One thing I love about photographs is words are often spoken through them. I can easily imagine what this series of picture would have said in the 1940’s at Union Station. I would love to hear your story that these photographs inspire, the best story will receive a gift. Happy story telling!
Olivia is a sweet, little bitty of a thing. She was just so precious and easy to photograph. She performed like a professional model. I was already pretty captivated by her when she open her eyes and my heart melted for this little peanut! I can tell by how much her family loved on her during our session I am not the only one.
By far and away Alea is my most difficult client. I think it has something to do with being her mom and her photographer. It might be that she is photographed more often then she would like. It might be the stubborn streak in her that I think she may have gotten from me. Anyway, I never look forward to my attempt to have a session with her. However, I still walk away with some photographs that will be hung up in our house and reminds me how precious this wonderful gift is to me. I can’t believe she is already two. Love that little girl, stubborn streak and all.
The Adkison family has been in my extended families life one way or another for the last several years. I originally met them when they moved to my parents hometown. Erine worked at the church where my dad volunteers. They only had two little ones then. I would often enjoy chats with them when I visited my folks. I happen to be home the weekend that their youngest was born. Then a few years ago they made a move and Erine ended up being the pastor at my brothers church. So our paths still keep crossing. I enjoy anytime I get to spend with this remarkable family. Mindy has been wanting me to photograph her family for awhile I am glad that we were able to work out the details to create some great images.
I first met Lindsie when she was apart of a youth group that I helped at in college. I have fond memories of Lindsie as a teenager but she is all grown up now. It’s amazing for me to see the woman she has become. I had the privilege of photographing her family. She is now not only the mother of three cuties but an amazing wife as well. Along with her family I met and photograph her in laws who adore being grandparents to these three adorable kiddos. It was a beautiful day, a wonderful session and a great family to photograph.
Hudson is one handsome boy and by the looks of his modeling he knows it! He, (with the help of his dad) were giving me some great poses! He also had the most stylish outfit. When you put all these elements together you have model material for sure! Which model material always makes for a fun session and great images.
Isaac came out of the womb stylish. He has amazing red hair that naturally makes the every popular mohawk. He is just a cutie! His big brother William is very unsure of what to do with this little wonder that has invaded his life. I am sure one day he is going to realize what a gift Isaac really is.
Carter has a huge heart. He loves so deeply; his family, his learning, and his play. He is an amazing young man that will do amazing things.
I have watched Hallie grow before my eyes. She is the best mix of growing maturity and maintaining innocence. She is growing into a beautiful young woman inside and out. It was once again my pleasure to be able to capture some images of this very special girl.
